To access our esoteric analyzer, we collect minimal data during the registration phase:

• Initiate Name (Username): A handle to identify your profile within our registry.
• Email Address: Used solely for communication, account updates, and verification of access key levels.
• Unique Access Key: A cryptographically secure random token generated upon registration, which serves as your exclusive login and API authorization credential.

2. Sigil Image & Media Processing

When you upload a Sigil or Talisman image for decoding:

• The image is converted to a secure base64 string on our server.
• This payload is sent securely via cURL using an SSL encrypted link directly to the Gemini AI API for symbol identification and translation.
• No Storage of Media: Uploaded images are treated as temporary inputs. We do not permanently store, log, or compile your uploaded images on our servers. Once the translation is completed, the image data is destroyed.

3. Rate Limiting & Logs

To enforce subscription tier guidelines (Basic, Pro, Master), our database maintains a transaction log which records:

• The Access Key used to initiate the decoding request.
• A timestamp representing when the call was executed.

These logs are used purely for count validation in the last 60 seconds and are purged regularly.

4. Cookies & Session State

Our website uses standard PHP session cookies to maintain your login status once you enter your unique Access Key. These cookies contain no personal tracking information and are destroyed when you click "Logout" or close your browser.

5. Information Sharing & Third-Party Actions

We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your email or registration credentials. Image data is shared solely with the Gemini API to compile the symbol analysis, governed under enterprise safety standards. No third-party marketing companies have access to our registry.
